Return Policy
Used
CDs may be returned for any reason for full store credit. New
CDs may be returned only if defective (again, for full store
credit). Our policy gives you the opportunity to sample any used
CD at home. If you are not satisfied with your selection, you
may simply return it and choose another disc. In addition:
- The returned
item must be in original selling condition.
- You must have
your sales receipt.
- The item must
be returned within seven days from the date of purchase.
- Merchandise
returned is for store credit only (redeemable at all CD Spins
locations). There are no cash or credit card refunds.
- We offer a one-time-only
exchange per CD. The next item you purchase with your credit
will be a final sale, returnable only if defective.
